How do I get an estimate?

Call or fill out the form on this page. We'll ask a few questions: what kind of tree, about how big, and what's near it. Then we set a time to come out. The visit and the estimate are free, and you're under no obligation.
Photos help. If you text or describe the tree when we call back, we can sometimes bring the right equipment the first time.
When are we open?
Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. If you call outside those hours, leave a message or use the form and we'll get back to you the next business day.
Where do we work?
Our address: 209 E Wade Ave, Unit G, Mountain Home, AR 72653
We serve homes, lake properties and land across Mountain Home, including the Highway 62 and Highway 5 corridors, the streets around Cooper Park, and the neighborhoods near the college campus. We come to you, so there is no need to stop by the shop.
What should I have ready when I call?
- Your address and the best number to reach you.
- How many trees, and roughly how tall.
- What the tree is near: house, power line, fence, septic field, dock.
- Whether a truck can get into the yard, and how wide the gate is.
- Any deadline, like a closing date, a build start or a storm cleanup claim.
What happens at the estimate visit?

One of our crew walks the property with you and looks at each tree you're worried about. We check the trunk, the root flare, the crown and everything underneath it. Then we explain what we'd do, what it costs and how long it takes. You get the price in writing before you decide. Most visits take fifteen to thirty minutes, and there's no charge for them.
If the work is simple and you'd like to skip the visit, a few clear photos and a call can sometimes get you a firm price faster.
Can you give a price over the phone?
For small, simple jobs we can sometimes give a range from photos. For most trees we'd rather see it, because the things that set the price, like slope, rot, rock, a septic field or a power line, don't show up well in a picture. Seeing the job keeps the written price honest, so it won't change on the day of the work.
Do you work on Corps of Engineers shoreline?
Only with a permit from the Corps. If your lot borders government land along the lake, we can help you figure out what needs a permit before you apply.
